About Clayton
Clayton's CARE club was founded early 2019, and since then, they have volunteered at the St. Louis County Animal Care and Control many times. Clayton CARE plans to broaden its horizons with a pollinator garden, hosting fundraising events, and being inclusive of the community.

Clayton CARE Co-heads
Amy
"I've always loved animals but horses especially after begging for riding lessons for a year, my parents finally let me when I was seven. I've never had pets because my parents are allergic, so I started volunteering at animal shelters to interact with dogs. I also am a vegan because I love animals so much!" - Amy
Rosie
Rosie is a junior at Clayton high school. She has 2 cats and a dog. She used to foster care kittens for the SPCA. Her favorite and animals are penguins. She wants to make sure that all animals in shelters are properly taken care of and eventually will find a home
